USFE manufactures and sells a variety of Renewable Energy Products, including the “USFE Mini Grid System”, a Moveable/Transportable Electricity Emergency/Backup Unit, and Lithium Ion Batteries.
The USFE Mini Grid System utilizes Solar Panels and/or Wind Turbines to generate Electricity to be available as it is generated, store Electricity in our Lithium Ion Batteries to be available on demand, Solar Controllers to monitor and regulate Power in the System, and Bi-Directional Inverters to convert the Electricity from DC to AC and deliver it to the End-users and the National Grid.
Our Customers have the option to order a Custom Designed Mini Grid System that meets their specific power and capacity needs, or select from the following pre-configured Systems: 18 MW; 9 MW; 2 MW; 1 MW; 20 KW .
Design & Development
This Team designed our Core Product, the USFE Mini Grid System, and is responsible for the design and development of other Renewable Products and Systems that are available to our Customers. The Team is headed by a world-renowned Scientist who has designed and developed and installed several Renewable Energy Systems in China, the Country with the largest installed Renewable Projects, and additional Projects outside China.
Manufacturing
This Team manufactures our Lithium Ion Batteries and performs extensive, ongoing research & development that has resulted in considerable improvement in these Batteries. For example, these Batteries can now be recharged at least 12,000 times, can retain their charge for a period of one-half to one year, if they are not used, can be charged fast, and have an expected service life of thirty (30) years.
USFE utilizes a few third-party Manufacturing Companies to manufacture some of the Equipment that are included in our Mini Grid System under long-term third-party Manufacturing Agreements. These Equipment include the Solar Panels, Bi-Directional Inverters, and Solar Controllers and our Manufacturing Team performs ongoing inspection and testing to ensure that they maintain the high quality that USFE requires for all of our Products. Our Manufacturing Team is headed by a former Senior Executive of the largest Battery Manufacturing Company, and an Electric Vehicle manufacturing Company.
Local Installation & Maintenance
Our Installation & Maintenance Team includes local Technicians with extensive experience in the Electronics Industry and are trained by our Design and Development and Manufacturing Teams in the Operation, Servicing, Maintenance, and Installation of the USFE Mini Grid System
This Team is responsible for the maintenance of USFE Mini Grid Systems over its twenty-year life and assisting in the installation of USFE Mini Grid Systems. This Team is headed by the President of the local Division of USFE Organization.
Site Inspection & Installation:
To further ensure that the Mini Grid System provides our Customers with Economical, Efficient, and Safe Electricity on a consistent basis, a USFE Technical Team visits our Customers’ proposed Installation Site, upon the signing of a Sales/Purchase Agreement, to collect local Solar, Weather and other critical information, perform an evaluation of the Site, including accessibility and condition of the Site, and make recommendations regarding modifications and/or improvements that are deem necessary.
The information that are gathered during these Site-Visits is utilized during the preparation of the plans for the final configuration of the System and the Installation Location.
Upon the delivery of the System to our Customer’s Installation Site, this Team returns to the Site and installs the System. USFE also utilizes an Electronics Engineering Consulting Company with a combined sixty-five (65) years’ experience in the Renewable Energy Industry to assist in the Installation of our Systems. This Company provide Consulting Services to private Companies and Governments throughout the World, including the USA Government, and they are considered a leader in the Industry.
These Systems are ideal for a single residence customer with limited Storage space because the Lithium Ion Batteries, Inverters, Solar Controllers, Cables and consumables for these Mini Grids can be stored at our Customers’ location in a Cabinet provided by USFE, and these Cabinets do not require a lot of space.
These Systems are ideal for Facilities that require large amounts of inexpensive Electricity to be available on demand, including off-sunlight periods. For example, Manufacturing and Production Factories, Office and Apartment Buildings, Hotels, Shopping Malls. Supermarkets, Government Buildings, Hospitals, Electricity Distribution Companies, Agricultural and Farming Projects, etc.
These Mini Grids can be installed in Buildings that are constructed specifically for them and USFE work with our Customers to develop the Design and Development Plans for these Buildings for these Mini Grids; USFE can also construct the Building for our Customer.
USFE currently markets our Renewable Energy Products on cash sale basis in Africa, the Middle East, and North America and we plan to market the Mini Grid System and our other Products in Europe and the Caribbean in 2021.
USFE recognizes that the cost to generate Electricity in these Regions is very expensive when you include the impact of Climate that results in more frequent natural disasters, and Electricity that is wasted because of inadequate storage and inefficient production and distribution Systems.
However, when a Customer buys a USFE Mini Grid System they receive a System that is:
Economical, because it provides Electricity to our Customers at a price that is considerably less than the average cost, per KWh, in any country in the world and this price is never increased over the life of the System,
Efficient, because it is configured to store Electricity that is not used as it is generated in Lithium Ion Batteries, as a result Electricity that is not used as it is generated is not wasted and can be stored for use later or sold.
Secure, because it is designed to be installed in multiple units at multiple locations, instead of a single Unit at a single location, with an option to our Customer to connect to the National Grid to sell excess Electricity and earn additional income.
This option helps to protect our Customers’ Mini Grid System in the event of a Natural Disaster or Cyberattack on the National Grid, their System would continue to deliver Electricity.
In addition, each Mini Grid is configured with additional equipment to generate and store additional electricity, as a reserve in the event of a Long-term Natural Disaster and/or Catastrophic Emergency, and we do not charge our Customers for these additional Equipment. As a result, each System usually has excess Electricity that can be sold and earn income for our Customers.
Furthermore. in our effort to assist our Customers purchase our efficient, safe, and economical Electricity System, USFE performs ongoing search for Solar Incentive and Long-term, Low-Interest Loan Programs and we pass on this information to our Customers.
USFE also provides additional Benefits to the local Economy and Employment, for example, the installation and maintenance of our Mini Grid System will contribute considerably to local Employment and the Economy, because these services are labor intensive and require a large number of local personnel who will be trained by USFE Technical Team.
These local personnel are employed and paid by USFE over the twenty (20) year guaranteed life of the System, at no additional cost to our Customers. will be available for at least twenty (20) years during the Guaranteed life of each Mini Grid System.
